Skillomter™ is an Application Service Provider (ASP) that has been created by CEI to provide web-based IT skills testing in leading-edge and current information technologies. Skillomter™ can be used in as part of the Exact Match™ process or independently to dramatically reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, which lowers costs and improve the effectiveness of the hiring process.
The tests are a combination of individual skill based exams which provide a unique roll based assessment of the candidate’s skills. Each test has a logic and aptitude component to it. There are both short and long versions of each test.
Tests are available across a variety of skill sets including J2EE technologies like EJB, Struts, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, SOAP, XML; application servers like IBM Websphere, Weblogic, Microsoft .NET; Microsoft technologies like ASP.NET, C#, ADO.BET, VB.NET, Visual Basic, C++; Mainframe technologies like DB2, IMS, CICS, COBOL, etc.
Tests are also available for different roles like BA, PM, SysAdmin, QA, DBA across a variety of technologies.
Additionally, with advance notice, these tests can be quickly customized and combined to fit your unique requirements. For example if you need a .NET guru who is proficient with COBOL and can act as the PM on a project then we can customize a test suite to asses candidates for this unique position that you need to fill.
