CEI strives to maintain all relationships that develop through its business operations. This starts with CEI's initiatives to maintain a close level of contact with all of its consultants. Our HR Department strives to be in touch with all of our consultants on a bi-weekly basis. These calls provide a chance for CEI to get valuable feedback on how to improve the work experience for its consultants. Issues that are voiced during these calls are resolved within 8 hours.
The HR Department also handles orientations, background checks, third month reviews with our consultants' mangers and is instrumental in the Virtual Project Management process.
HR Assists Project Services & Outsourcing Innovation
CEI has achieved the Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute's CMMi Level 5 assessment. CEI incorporates CMM and CMMi practices with Agile Development processes in its exclusive Global Agile Development approach to project services. CEI has also partnered with Carnegie Mellon on the eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers (eSCM-SP) for achieving world=class IT outsourcing services. CEI is the first mid-sized company to pilot the model throughout its US Sand Indian operations.
