Forecast Recruiting
Where possible, CEI’s Account Managers maintain daily contact with the hiring managers and are in tune with projects coming down the pipeline that may require staffing resources at any point of time. Based on the hiring managers needs, CEI managers provide specific forecast needs to the recruiters. Accurate forecasting means that resources are available JIT without sacrificing quality.
Proactive Recruiting
The traditional recruitment model typically follows this pattern where one waits for a requisition to arrive, then the job is posted for the world to see with little or no changes to what the hiring manager submits in the description and after that it is a hit or miss game. In today’s economy, time is hard to find and priorities are constantly changing.
To combat that, CEI believes in Proactive recruiting. CEI understands that there are three key components in developing a strategic, proactive recruitment team: Planning, Execution, and Results. These three areas capture the essence of change for a team to shift focus from working in a reactive, environment to a best-in-class strategic, proactive partnership with its clients.
CEI’s Recruiting PMO conducts extensive research on hiring patterns by skill, role and location for its large/key accounts and regularly shares the data with the recruiters dedicated to those accounts.
The result is that the recruiters are proactively able to build a pipeline of resources based on anticipated needs saving valuable time and money for their clients.
