The 5 Step Process
  • 1. Candidate Identification
    We have a large recruiting staff who are specialized, dedicated and focused on pro-actively recruiting active and passive candidates with leading edge skills. Using a variety of tools and techniques our recruiters are able to identify a large potential pool of candidates from across the globe.
  • 2. Skillometer™ Testing
    Our proprietary Skillometer™ tool allows us to customize candidate testing to insure that we identify the candidates with the mix of skills that you are looking for. If you need someone who is both a .NET guru and is proficient with COBOL we can customize Skillometer™ testing to not only identify the right person but provide an objective assessment of his/her skills as well.
  • 3. Technical Interview
    Our full time technical experts take our Skillometer™ testing to the next level by verifying design, technical and problem-solving skills through a personal interview with each candidate. Our technical experts screen each candidate with your specific needs in mind, enabling us to identify your Exact Match™.
  • 4. Program Manager Assessment
    Our Program Managers drive the Exact Match™ process from start to finish. They spend time with you one-on-one to uncover your technical requirements, as well as soft skills requirements, like communication skills, personality and ability to comprehend business model implications. They also seek to understand your corporate culture. In fact, at your request, this process may also include a behavioral / cultural test to ensure that our candidates’ behavior and work habits fit your environment.
  • 5. PMO Director Approval
    Our PMO Director reviews all information gathered throughout the process to verify your Exact Match™. Based on the results, the PMO Director determines how a candidate will approach a specific challenge or react in a particular situation.
